Guidelines for Oral Presentation
Each presentation should be approximately 15 minutes long and will be followed by a 5-minute period for questions. The total duration allowed for a presentation with questions is 20 minutes. The chairman of the session will act as the time-keeper and will interrupt the speaker to respect previous time limits.
All presentations will be in a WIDESCREEN format. To take full advantage of the widescreen format, we recommend that you build or convert your presentation to 16:9. We strongly recommend using Microsoft Office PowerPoint for your presentation or a PDF file format. Please note that the congress computers are being supplied with PowerPoint 2013 and a recent version of PDF Acrobat Reader.
